A. Direct Post Services
Overview Direct Post is a service designed to facilitate advertisement and direct marketing through unaddressed postal articles. This service allows businesses and organizations to efficiently reach their target audience using various printed communication methods.
Key Features
Definition: Includes unaddressed postal articles such as letters, cards, brochures, pamphlets, promotional items (e.g., CDs, cassettes), posters, and coupons, among others.
Acceptance: Articles must be submitted in bulk at designated Post Offices and are not accepted via letterboxes.
Delivery Scope: Delivery areas can be specified by the sender, but individual addresses are not targeted. Articles are delivered as unaccountable items.
Registration and Payment:
Customers submit Annexure ‘A’ to designated offices.
Payment, including GST, must be made in advance.
An invoice is issued upon receipt of payment.
Conditions
A minimum of 1,000 articles is required.
Articles should be bundled by PIN code and securely packed.

B. Media Post Services
Overview Media Post is a specialized advertising service leveraging postal infrastructure to enhance visibility for government and corporate initiatives. Advertisements can be displayed on postal stationery, premises, and vehicles.

Postal Stationery: Postcards, envelopes, inland letter cards, MPCM receipts, and savings bank passbooks.
Letter Boxes: Advertisements on letterboxes.
MMS Vans: Branding on mobile mail service vehicles.
Post Office Premises: Posters, banners, flex boards, standees, and hoardings displayed inside and outside post offices.
Digital Advertising: LED displays, scrolling displays, and social media platforms.
Registration Process
Proposals must include advertisement duration, selected mediums, and specific post office locations.
Upon approval, a media plan and cost details are provided.
A formal agreement may be required.

Inland Letter Cards: 1 million
Savings Bank Passbooks: 10,000
Posters/Banners: 10,000
