This is regarding clarification of creation of new category service Association Group ‘B’ (Postal & RMS) HSG-II, HSG-I and HSG-I(NFG) comprising of all HSG-II, HSG-I, HSG-I(NFG) employees in postal and RMS Department.
2. Vide letter no. T-09/3/2021 dated 19.07.2024(copy enclosed) Department has created a new distinct category for HSG-II and HSG-I and HSG- I(NFG)posts. Presently there is no Association of HSG grade is recognized. The status of HSG-I, HSG-II and HSG-I(NFG) category of associations will be decided only after next verification which will start shortly. Any association in this category participates and obtains the prescribed membership, then they will be granted recognition. Till then “status quo” will be maintained.
