Survey for Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) in POSB
In connection with the ongoing Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiative for the Post Office Savings Bank (POSB), an urgent requirement has been set to collect feedback and insights from key stakeholders. This activity aims to streamline operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive efficiency within POSB services.
Stakeholders Involved
To ensure comprehensive feedback, the following stakeholder groups are targeted:
- POSB Customers
- Non-Customers
- DoP Management (Officers of Assistant Director (AD)/Superintendent Post (SP) cadre and above)
- DoP Staff (up to Assistant Superintendent of Post (ASP) level)
Single Google Form for Survey
A unified Google Form has been created to simplify the response collection process. Based on the primary inputs provided, respondents will be directed to the relevant survey sections.
Response Targets and Timeline
- Divisional Responsibilities: Each division is requested to ensure at least 50 responses are obtained, covering POSB customers, non-customers, and DoP staff.
- Management Participation: Officers belonging to the SP/AD cadre and above are specifically requested to complete the "DoP Management - Officer of India Post" survey.
Deadline: All responses must be submitted by 1300 Hrs on 12.12.2024.
