The Inspector Posts, Nelamangala Sub Division has been redesignated as Inspector Posts, Doddaballapura Sub Division with headquarters at Doddaballapura LSG SO under Bengaluru West Division.
The Inspector Posts, Doddaballapura Sub Division has been redesignated as Inspector Posts, Devanahalli Sub Division with headquarters at Devanahalli LSG SO under Bengaluru East Division.
Operational Guidelines
The transfer of post offices includes the transfer of posts along with incumbents.
The identification of Account Offices for the transferred SOs and BOs, along with updates to Lines & Stages and Due Mail Sorting Lists, must be completed by 31.12.2024.
The reorganization will officially come into effect on 01.01.2025.
Records, files, and documents related to the transferred post offices must be handed over immediately to the respective Bengaluru City Divisions under intimation to Bengaluru (HQ) Region.
