- Sub Post Offices (SOs): Must achieve 2,500 live accounts by the same date.
2. Top 3 Performing Units (New Accounts Opened)
- Basis of Award: Absolute number of new accounts opened during FY 2024-25.
- Qualification Benchmarks:
- Regions/Divisions/Sub-Divisions: Must meet or exceed 100% of assigned targets for new accounts.
3. Top 3 Performing Units (Net Account Additions)
- Basis of Award: Absolute net increase in accounts during FY 2024-25.
- Qualification Benchmarks:
- Regions/Divisions/Sub-Divisions: 100% target achievement.
- Units must focus on both customer acquisition and retention to ensure net growth.
4. Top 3 Performing Units (Live Account Enrollments)
- Basis of Award: Absolute number of live account enrollments achieved as of 31.03.2025.
- Eligibility: Recognizes efforts of Sub-Divisions, Sub Post Offices, and Branch Post Offices for their contributions to live account enrollments.
5. Special Awards for Outstanding Performance
- These awards will be given for any extraordinary contributions made by specific units or offices.
- Selection will be at the discretion of the Head of Circle (HoC).
