Discontinuation of Redundant Services:
- Some outdated or redundant services, like Business Reply Envelopes, have been removed.
- The Family Allotment Money Order has been omitted, and the Electronic Money Order has been renamed simply as Money Order with an increased limit of Rs. 10,000. However, remittance through retail money orders is restricted to Rs. 25,000.

These changes reflect India Post's efforts to optimize its operations, remove inefficiencies, and ensure that services are relevant to the current market needs.
