continuation to this office letter of even number dated 04.12.2024,
which outlined the schedule of activities for the GDS Online Transfer Cycle,
November-2024, certain changes in the schedule are hereby notified. These
changes have been necessitated due to technical issues faced by field
units and Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDSs).

Key Instructions
- Extension in Timelines: GDS applicants are
informed that the deadlines for online application submission and one-time
modifications have been extended as per the revised schedule.
- Role of CEPT: The CEPT is requested to
display a scroll/alert on the portal to notify GDS applicants
regarding the extension of timelines for application submission.
Purpose
The
revised schedule ensures that GDS applicants and field units have sufficient
time to address technical issues and complete the online registration and
modification processes seamlessly.
