The model specifically benefits those contributing to account creation with both Aadhaar seeding and Virtual Debit Card (VDC) issuance, ensuring that account holders have enhanced access and identity verification for a smoother banking experience.

Key Roles in the Incentive Program

The program categorizes incentives based on employee roles:

  1. BPM (Branch Post Master - Lo + L1): BPMs play a primary role in account management and expansion.
  2. ABPM/Postman (L1): ABPMs and Postmen support the onboarding and account management processes, particularly in customer-facing interactions.

Incentive Structure Based on Account Volume

Incentives are calculated based on the number of accounts each role manages, with higher volumes yielding increased incentives.

  1. Incentives for BPM (Lo + L1):

    • Incentive Rate: BPMs earn ₹55.88 per account.
    • Incentive Payouts:
      • 500 Accounts: ₹27,940
      • 1,000 Accounts: ₹55,880
      • 2,000 Accounts: ₹1,11,760
  2. Incentives for ABPM/Postman (L1):

    • Incentive Rate: ABPMs and Postmen receive ₹48.43 per account.
    • Incentive Payouts:
      • 500 Accounts: ₹24,215
      • 1,000 Accounts: ₹48,430
      • 2,000 Accounts: ₹96,860

Account Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for these incentives, SBPRM accounts must meet two specific criteria:

  • Aadhaar Seeding: Aadhaar must be linked to the account, ensuring a verified identification process.
  • VDC Issuance: The Virtual Debit Card must be issued, which facilitates easier digital transactions for customers.
