Notification: Submission of Withheld Posts for GDS Online Engagement (Schedule: July 2024)
The GDS Online Engagement Portal has issued a notification regarding the release of List-5 under the Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) Online Engagement Schedule, July 2024. Circles are instructed to review and report posts that need to be withheld for specific reasons, including errors in notification or pending court cases.
Instructions for Circles and Divisions
Timeline for Submission:
- Posts to be withheld must be identified and reported by 3:00 PM on November 29, 2024.
- Late submissions will not be entertained.
Format for Submission:
- Circles must consolidate requests received from divisions using the prescribed format.
- The reasons for withholding posts must be clearly mentioned.
Communication Channel:
- Reports are to be sent via email to either:
- gdsonline@indiapost.gov.in
- gdssupport@indiapost.gov.in
- No other channels will be accepted.
Action in Absence of Withheld Posts:
- If no posts are identified for withholding, an ANIL report (indicating no posts are to be withheld) must be submitted.
