    • Tick all other options:
      • Temporary Internet Files

      • Download History
      • Form Data
      • Passwords
  5. Click on the Delete button.
  6. Close Internet Explorer after completing the deletion process.

Step 2: Clear Temporary Files

  1. Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type %temp% and click OK.
  3. A folder will open showing temporary files. Follow these steps:
    • Press Ctrl + A to select all files.
    • Press Delete to remove the files.
    • If you encounter any errors, tick the checkbox for "Do this for all current items" and click Skip.
  4. Close the folder after completing the deletion.

Step 3: Delete System Temporary Files

  1. Press Windows Key + R on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box again.
  2. Type temp and click OK.
  3. A new folder will open with system temporary files. Repeat the steps:
    • Press Ctrl + A to select all files.
    • Press Delete to remove the files.
    • If some files cannot be deleted, select "Do this for all current items" and click Skip.
  4. Close the folder after the process is complete.

Step 4: Update Compatibility View Settings

  1. Open Internet Explorer and navigate to the Finacle login screen.
  2. Go to the Tools menu and select Compatibility View Settings.
  3. Check if indiapost.gov.in is listed in the text box:
    • If yes, click the Add button.
    • Then, close the Compatibility View Settings window.
  4. Reload the Finacle page.
  5. Log in and start your work.
