Step 1: Clear Browsing History in Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Navigate to the Tools menu (or press
Alt + X
). - Click on Delete Browsing History.
- In the pop-up window:
- Untick: "Preserve Favorites website data."
- Tick all other options:
- Temporary Internet Files
- Cookies
- History
- Download History
- Form Data
- Passwords
- Click on the Delete button.
- Close Internet Explorer after completing the deletion process.
Step 2: Clear Temporary Files
- Press
Windows Key + R
on your keyboard to open the Run dialog box. - Type

and click OK. - A folder will open showing temporary files. Follow these steps:

Ctrl + A
to select all files. - Press
Delete
to remove the files. - If you encounter any errors, tick the checkbox for "Do this for all current items" and click Skip.

is listed in the text box:- If yes, click the Add button.
- Then, close the Compatibility View Settings window.
- Reload the Finacle page.
