Funding Allocation: Each selected post office will receive funding of ₹2 lakhs specifically allocated for this upgradation initiative. This funding falls under the Building Maintenance (Non-Scheme) budget, with a designated Head of Account (3201.05.053.01.01.27). An allotment sheet detailing the distribution of funds has also been provided.
Implementation Timeline: The Chief Postmasters General are urged to adhere to the attached guidelines and commence the upgradation work immediately, with a target completion date set for 28.02.2024.
Urgent Fund Release: The Budget Division has been requested to facilitate the immediate release of funds to the circles as per the attached allotment sheet, ensuring that the upgradation process proceeds without delay.
