National Learning Week is being held from 19th October 2024 to 25th October 2024. Department of Posts (DOP) to Participate Actively

The Department of Posts (DoP), under the Ministry of Communications, has announced its active participation in the upcoming National Learning Week, which will be held from 19th October 2024 to 25th October 2024. This initiative is a joint effort by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoP&T), the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), and Karmayogi Bharat (KYB), aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning among government officials.

Objectives of National Learning Week

The initiative encourages government employees across various departments to engage in structured learning programs, enhancing their skills and competencies. The National Learning Week is an opportunity to develop leadership, teamwork, governance, and other relevant professional capabilities.

Recommended Courses

In line with this, the Department of Posts has curated a set of recommended courses for its employees to complete during the week. To further complement the learning experience, all Postal Circles, the Rafi Ahmed Kidwai National Postal Academy (RAKNPA), Postal Training Centers (PTCs), and Regional Training Centers (RTCs) are encouraged to organize live webinars on topics relevant to the Department of Posts.
