Subject: Creation of New Category of Service Association
The Competent Authority has approved the creation of a new category of Service Association. This new category, named Group ‘B’ (Postal & RMS) - HSG-II, HSG-I, and HSG-I (NFG), will encompass all HSG-II, HSG-I, and HSG-I (NFG) employees working in Postal and RMS offices.

Introduction of Group ‘B’ Category:
- A new category, Group ‘B’ (Postal & RMS) - HSG-II, HSG-I, and HSG-I (NFG), has been created.

Exclusion from Existing Group ‘C’ Category:
- Employees who fall under the new Group ‘B’ category will no longer be part of the existing Group ‘C’ Postal (excluding Postmen) and Group ‘C’ RMS including MMS.
Renaming of Existing Categories:
- The nomenclature of the Category previously known as Circle Office Administrative Staff Group ‘C’, ‘D’, and MTS will be renamed to Circle Office Administrative Staff Group ‘B’, ‘C’, and MTS.
These changes aim to streamline and better categorize the staff within the Postal and RMS offices, ensuring clear distinctions between the different levels of employees.
