  2. Vinod Kumar Verma (IPoS: 1995), PMG of Gorakhpur Region, has been restored as CPMG for Punjab Circle.

  3. Col. Akhilesh Kumar Pandey (IPoS: 1995), PMG of Sikkim Region, is promoted and appointed as CPMG for Delhi Region, succeeding Ms. Manju Kumar.

  4. Pranav Kumar (IPoS: 1995), GM of PLI Directorate (Operations), has been promoted against a vacant HAG post in Uttar Pradesh Circle.

  5. Ms. Shashi Shalini Kujur (IPoS: 1995), PMG of South Bengal Region, is promoted and appointed as CPMG for Uttarakhand Circle.

  6. Sanjiv Ranjan (IPoS: 1996), PMG of Kolkata Region, has been promoted and appointed as CPMG for North East Circle, succeeding Ms. Mariamma Thomas.

Ad-hoc Basis Promotion:

  • Certain promotions to HAG have been made on an ad-hoc basis until further orders.

Instructions and Transfers:

  • Officers eligible under FR-22(1)(a)(1) are instructed to choose their pay fixation date within one month of assuming their new charges.
  • Officers on deputation, including Col. Sagar Haruman Singh (IPoS: 1995) and Ms. G. Madhumita Das (IPoS: 1996), will receive proforma promotions as per extant rules.

Transfers of HAG Officers:

  • Vidhan Chandra Roy (IPoS: 1992), currently CGM (BD) in New Delhi, is transferred as CPMG for Jharkhand Circle.
  • Ms. Kalpana Singh (IPoS: 1992), CPMG of Jammu & Kashmir Circle, is transferred to CGM, PLI Directorate.
  • Ms. Mariamma Thomas (IPoS: 1994), CPMG of North East Circle, is transferred to Tamil Nadu Circle.
