In accordance with Article-25 of the Constitution of the All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents, Posts, we hereby announce that the Biennial 43rd All India Conference of the Association will convene in Hyderabad on:
Agenda:
Confirmation of the proceedings of the last Biennial All India Conference held at Ootty (Tamilnadu) on 29th and 30th June, 2022.
Presentation of Biennial Report of CHQ to the General Body.
Presentation of Audited Account of CHQ to the General Body.
Organizational and Financial Review and payment of CHQ Quota.
Subject Matters for deliberation and decision thereon:
- a) Grant of Non-functional Grade Pay of Rs.5,400/- in PB-2 in 6th CPC or the corresponding Pay Matrix Level-9 in 7th CPC to those Group ‘B’ Officers (IPs/ASPs) of Department of Posts.
- b) Extant Recruitment Rule and Promotion to the cadre of PS Group B Posts through DPC and LDCE.
- c) Revision/amendment of Postal Service Group ‘B’ Recruitment Rule.
- d) Revision/amendment of Recruitment Rules for the post of Assistant Superintendent of Posts.
- e) Cadre management of Inspector Posts and Assistant Superintendents of Posts.
- f) Draft Resolutions, if any.
- g) Amendments to Constitution, if any.
- h) Next All India Conference.
- i) Next Central Working Committee Meetings.
Any other item with the permission of the Chair.
Election of Office Bearers for the next two-year term.
