Procedure for Reimbursement:
- The officer/official is responsible for purchasing the briefcase/office bag/ladies purse.
- The original bill should be submitted to the General Administration Branch, certifying the purchase.
- Reimbursement will be made subject to the revised ceiling mentioned above, effective from 1st May 2024.
