Individuals with eight years of service and aged 45 are eligible for Level-7 status, accompanied by a substantial salary increment. Additionally, those who in level- 7 can reach Superintendent of Posts (SP) or Assistant Director (AD) roles for five years after reach a salary of Rs. 44,900, further enriching their professional journey.
