The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, has announced the appointment of Ms. Vandita Kaul, a distinguished member of the Indian Postal Service (IPoS) since 1989. Effective from June 1st, 2024, Ms. Vandita Kaul will assume the pivotal role of Secretary at the Department of Posts.
