Dear DARPAN Users,
We are pleased to announce the release of DARPAN APP Version 2.0.3, which brings several enhancements and fixes to improve your experience. Below are the key highlights of this release:
- BODA Generation Issue Resolved:
- We have addressed the BODA generation issues reported after the migration of MDM (Master Data Management). Users encountering errors while generating BODA should follow these steps:
- Login to the DARPAN app.
- Select "Utilities" and navigate to the "Master Data Updation" tab.
- Choose "BO Opening Balance" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the "Update" button.
- Proceed to generate BODA.
- Policy Number Input Validation:
- We have fixed an issue where extra spaces in the Policy Number field caused a blank screen upon submission while accepting PLI/RPLI Premium in the APP. Necessary actions have been taken to eliminate extra spaces.
- New Policy Indexing and Sum Assured Validation:
- Issues related to New Policy indexing and the sum assured amount have been successfully resolved.
- Date Selection Restriction:
- To ensure data accuracy, a restriction has been implemented to prevent users from selecting the current date in the IPPB (India Post Payments Bank) and Data Entry options if they have not performed Day Begin for the current date.
- Transaction Amount Confirmation and Editing Restriction:
- A restriction has been implemented to prevent users from editing the IPPB transaction amount in the IPPB Data Entry option. Additionally, during IPPB Data fetching, users will be alerted with the message "Submit if the information is correct. Cancel if you want to submit later." Once the Submit button is clicked, users will not be able to change the transaction amount.
We appreciate your continued support and feedback as we strive to enhance the functionality and reliability of the DARPAN APP. Should you encounter any issues or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Centre for Excellence in Postal.
