Maximizing Performance: Strategy for India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) Performance Enhancement Date: 12th March 2024
Subject: Strategy for Maximizing Overall Key Result Area Score of Circles IPPB Performance
I am writing to discuss the strategy for maximizing the overall Key Result Area (KRA) score of Circles IPPB performance with a focused approach on Merchant Onboarding, Project Revive, and General Insurance until 31st March 2024.
The strategy, termed as "5-10-15" by IPPB, has been communicated through this office email dated 11th March 2024. It requires each end user to contribute a minimum of 5 Merchant onboardings, 10 Silent IPPB account revivals, and 15 General Insurance enrollments by the specified deadline to ensure substantial progress in the Circle's performance.
Current major campaigns include:
1. GI Sarva Suraksha
2. CELC Ke Sikandar
3. Super stars of Revive
4. Last Mile Loan League Campaign
5. Ek Khata Pratyek Shakha Campaign
6. Dak Pay Merchant Roadshow
A performance review indicates that most divisions are achieving less than 20% in both Merchant acquisition and Project Revive. Similarly, in General Insurance, most divisions are falling below the 50% target acquisition.
I request that divisions and field units be directed to circulate this information to all end users and encourage them to achieve the allotted targets in coordination with IPPB Branch Managers concerned. Daily monitoring at Divisional and Sub-divisional levels should be ensured.
I kindly request a line in reply on action taken by 15th March 2024.
