For Customers with Android Version 9.0 and Above:
Customers using Android devices with version 9.0 and above will receive an update notification and can proceed with updating the Mobile Banking App from the Google Play Store. Once updated, they can continue using the application without any additional registration or re-verification process.
For Customers with Android Version 8 or Below:
Customers using Android devices with version 8 or below should take note that no update will be available for their devices. However, the existing version of the IPPB Mobile Banking App will continue to function for some time as it is. It's essential to highlight that if a customer using Android version 8 or below chooses to uninstall the app, they will no longer be able to access the IPPB Mobile Banking App.

The SMS, sent on January 15, 2024, notified these customers that their Mobile Banking App would become inoperative from January 31, 2024, and encouraged them to upgrade their Android version accordingly.
No Impact on iOS Users: For customers using iOS devices, specifically those with version 12 or below, IPPB has similarly communicated the upcoming changes through SMS.
