Subject: - Online Rule 3 GDS Transfer Cycle, December, 2023- relieving of GDSs.
Sir/Madam,
Please refer to this office letter of even number dated 04.12.2023 whereby the schedule of Rule-3 GDS transfer cycle, December, 2023 was circulated.
2. As it is aware that the ft list of Rule-3 transfer against 5597 approved transfer applications was released on 29 December, 2023. The last date for relieving the GDS and updation of the same in the portal is 15" January. However, it is noticed, as per the MIS report provided by the CEPT, that only 737 GDSs have been relieved across the Circles till 11.01.2024. 3. As the release of the 2° list of Rule-3 transfer against the tentative vacancies is due to be issued on 17” January, which is dependent upon the correct updation of the number of GDS relieved in the Portal.
4. In view of the above, I am directed to request to ensure relieving of the GDSs (1st list candidates) and updation of the status in the portal by 18th January positively, so as to enable CEPT to release the 2 list of GDS transfer against tentative vacancies as per pre-decided schedule.
