With respect to the subject ibid, the standard questionnaire for quarterly visit to Branch Post Offices by Mail Overseer has been under examination in consultation with the Divisions and Directorates, as well as the Circles.
2. The updated questionnaire (copy enclosed) is being circulated for implementation with immediate effect. Since the questionnaire is based on newly implemented DARPAN 2.0, the following may be ensured for implementation of the questionnaire:
i. Separate CSI ids may be provided to all Mail Overseers.
ii. The completion of training in accordance with OM No. Q-25/14/2023_PE-I-DOP(pt.) dated 12.10.2023 (copy enclosed).
3. It is further requested to kindly send a report within two weeks, not later than 6th February, 2024, in the following proforma:
