We respectfully report with utte dismay and heavy hear that several circles Telangana circles especial. as resorted to heavy victimization including termination of Services We empathetically report that the strike was totally peaceful and nothing has happened
But despite it being so, in Telangana Circles alone, service of 1200 GDS have been terminated Similarly in Madhya Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Assam and other circles. This is not fair and lawful action, a strike situation has itself been Created by the Circle Administration. The department should not deal with its own employees in such a way.
We are annexing, herewith, a copy of such termination notices as a token. we very earnestly request you Kindly to take a compassionate view and ask the circle administration, especially Telangana circle, to withdraw such termination notices for a better and harmonious environment and happy labor relations.
