HDMS (DARPAN) Portal Ticket Closure
A new provision has been made in the HDMS (DARPAN) Portal to search and close tickets. Division Offices can now also raise tickets.
Many issues for which tickets were raised earlier have been resolved. The following tickets can be closed immediately if the issues are resolved:
* OTP Not received
* Day End Issue
* BPM Transfer
* Rollout completed but not reflected in the Portal
* BO Hierarchical Issue
* Substitute Management issue
* Signature verification error
* User credential issue
* Unauthorized error for regularly transacting BOs
In addition, other issues, such as Data flow into DTR, can be examined by the respective Sub Office, and tickets for such matters can also be closed.
All originating offices are requested to close all tickets where the issues are no longer prevailing. This will enable CEPT to concentrate on the actual issues. Please close the tickets for the above-mentioned issues for proper resolution of tickets.
