DOP CSI POS version 4.9.1 is scheduled to be rolled out at 1000 Post Offices.
Offices to upgrade both counter & Back-office application after 5 PM today to refrain from any Business delay in morning hours tomorrow.
Steps to followed:
• Close Back-office & counter application at all nodes
• Run Daily sync and wait for successful execution.
• Launch the application , you will get pop-up to update the application
• Update both Counter & BO application to latest version(4.9.1)
Newly added feature in POS_4.9.1 version:
• Voice response is enabled for successful UPI transaction(at the time of Validate transaction button)
Pre-requisite :
• Speaker should be available and connected to system where UPI transaction is being done
• Audio driver should be installed if not available in the system(Specifically Window 7)
Important Note:
• The response will be voiced out if a speaker is connected to counter where UPI transaction is being done
• Audio response will only be generated in case of “Successful Transaction”
