Thirty Sel-Booking Kiosks have been supplied and installed at designated locations nationwide. The Self-Booking Kiosk (SBK) represents a pioneering innovation in the postal sector, enabling customers to book their postal articles 24/7 without the need to visit a post office and endure wait times in queues. Additionally, these Kiosks enhance the accessibilfy of postal services, conveniently situated nearcustomers’ workplaces or residences.
2. Hon'ble Minister of State for Communications will inaugurate the services of Self-Booking Kiosks on the occassion of Warld Post Day on 09.10.2023. It is requested to ensure the seamless booking of Speed Post and Registered Post articles through the SBKs installed in the circle. It is imperative to maintain the operational status of SBK machines.
3. Further, Click n Book Service will also be inaugurated on 09.10.2023. The Service will be available in more than 1700 pin codes in all state capitals, regional headquarters and also in Noida and Gurgaon. It is also requested to ensure timely pick-up of booked articles from all the identified PIN Code locations.
