New version of IPPB CELC app (CELC APK 4.1.0.1) has been deployed from 19th August 2023.
Key Points to be noted in New IPPB CELC App (CELC APK 4.1.0.1):
• Central push of new CELC APK 4.1.0.1 will be done from 19th August 2023.
• Please ensure to keep their devices connected to the internet to receive the update smoothly.
• Activate (at least one transaction) CELC application within 5 days timeline mandatory.
Once Updated ,CELC will work in Samsung J4 and Lenovo Phones
