Ref:- Department of Posts order No.SR-10/7/202-SR-DOP dated 26.04.2023 Ph.: 23382286 National Council (Staff Side) Shiva Gopal Mishra Secretary EMail: nc.jcm.np@gmail.com No.NC-JCM-2023/DC (NFPE) July/2023

Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw Ji, Hon'ble Minister of Communication Govt. of India Sanchar Bhawan, Ashok Road, New Delhi-110001

Kindly refer to my letter dated 1st May 2023, with reference to the de- recognition of All India Postal Employees Union (AIPEU) Group C and National Federation of Postal Employees (NFPE).

1 regret to inform you that the department of posts has so far not taken any. action to hear out the leaders of AIPEU and NFPE so that the issues could be. sorted out and the recognition of the above organization can be restored.

In order to have a better employer-employee relation which will lead to a better work environment and improved productivity it is necessary to have the JCM scheme restored by revoking the de-recognition of the major organizations of the Postal Department. It is pertinent to mention here that these two organization represent more than 70% of the employees of Postal department and was granted recognition through the check-off System under the CCS (RSA) Rules, 1993.

On behalf of the staff side of National Council of JCM once again humbly. request your good self to intervene in the matter to restore the recognition of AIPEU and NFPE.

Thanking you, Yours faithiully, (Shiva Gopal Mishra) Secretary
