Nationwide operationalization of Mail Monitoring Units (MMU) starts on 17th July 2023, taking Post Office services to new heights of customer satisfaction.

To enhance mail and parcel service quality, exclusive Mail Monitoring Units will be established at Circle, Region, and Division levels. From Booking to Delivery, India Post aim to exceed customer expectations.
