Filling up of unfilled vacancies of MTS and Postman/Mail Guard 2022 in the year 2023
Subject: Filling up of unfilled vacancies of 2022 for the posts of MTS and Postman/Mail Guard.

While reviewing the recruitment status, it is observed that a large number of vacancies remained unfilled in Circles after results of examination conducted in 2022 were declared for appointment/promotion to the posts of MTS / Postman/Mail Guard . In this regard, proposals have been received from a number of Circles requesting for addition of unfilled vacancies of 2022 to the vacancies of 2023.
2. The matter has been examined and approval has been accorded by the Competent Authority that unfilled vacancies of 2022 for the posts of MTS / Postman/Mail Guard shall be added to the vacancies of 2023. However, the vacancies which are sub judice shall not be included. The recruitment to these posts shall be carried out as per the provisions of respective recruitment rules.
