It has been brought to the notice of the Directorate that in the list of Recognized Boards issued vide this office OM of even number dated 21.01.2022 (copy enclosed), the name of the Boards mentioned at SL No. 7 (1) of Annexure-I of the said OM dated 21.01.2022 against Haryana Circle has been wrongly mentioned as Board of Secondary School Education Haryana.
2. The matter has been examined in consultation with Haryana Circle and it has been confirmed that the correct name of the board is “Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH) Bhiwani ” . The Board is, however, correctly configured in the Online Engagement Portal with name as BSEH Bhiwani-1 to BSEH Bhiwani-8 with different passing criteria in different years.
In view of this, the relevant entry, of the name of the Board in the Annexure I of this office OM dated 21.01.2022 may be read as “Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH)” instead of Board of Secondary Education Haryana (BSEH) Bhiwani.
3. Further, CEPT is also requested to allow opening of reversal window for verifying authorities till 28.03.2023 to correct above mistake, if any, in verifying of documents on the part of the VAs.
4. As the last date for the verification of the documents in respect of shortlisted candidates of List of Online Engagement of GDS, Schedule I of 2023 (January) is 26.03.2023, which is falling on Sunday, it has been decided by the competent authority that all Divisional Offices would remain open on 25.03.2023 and 26.03.2023 for this purpose. Circles are requested to issue necessary instructions to all concerned in this respect. CEPT is also requested make necessary provision to send SMS/Email to the candidates who have not reported for verification to this effect.
