On the above noted subject, it is informed that the feasibility of filing SLP in the matter challenging the order dated 09.01.2023 of Hon'ble Delhi High Court in WP(C) No.168/2023 is under examination in consultation with Department of Expenditure as well as Department of Legal Affairs. Although in view of pending Contempt Petition (No.210/2022) before Hon'ble Tribunal, it has been decided by the competent authority to implement the order dated 21.01.2022 of Hon'ble Tribunal in OA No. 1907/2021 in the case of applicants only, in personnam, subject to outcome of SLP.

2. It is therefore. requested to ensure necessary compliance of the Orders dated 21.01.2022 ibid of' Hon'ble Tribunal immediately and furnish compliance report within a week so that compliance affidavit can be filed before Hon'ble Tribunal to get the Contempt Petition vacated.
