Sub: Declaration of result of LDCE (66.66%) for promotion to the cadre of Inspector Posts for the year 2019, 2020 and 2021, held on 25th & 26th June, 2022.


The Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) for promotion to the cadre of inspector Posts for the years 2019, 2020 ond 2021 was held on 25th & 26th June,2022. The Competent Authority has accorded its approval for declaration of the result of the aforementioned examinotion ond accordingly, the result is hereby declared.


2. The final vacancy position (Circle-wise, year-wise & category-wise) is appended as Annexure-I.


3. The feedback / comments received from candidaties on provisional answer keys have been examined through following three-layer procedure for deciding Final Answer Keys:


(i) Moderation Committee for examination and recommendation on the compiled feedback/comments received from condidates on the questions under objections.


(ii) Comments/feedback of the concerned Paper Setter (s) on the findings/recommendations of the Moderation Committee.


(iii) High Level Committee for final recommendotion in case of difference of opinion between Moderation Committee ond Paper Setter (s)


3.1 Following the obove three-layer procedure, the finol scenorio of queslions (poper-wise) loken inlo considerotion for deciding Finol Answer Keys are as under:


5. The orders issued vide SPG-ll Section letter dated 11.04.2022, in connection with the declaration of the result of LDCE PS Gr. B, held on 29.11.2020, which are as under:

(a) In cases where on the lost day of application. if any suspension, criminal case or departmental case was pending against the applicant then only in those cases the result would be declared if the applicant was exonerated. In remaining cases the result has been kept in 'deemed sealed cover' and would be treated accordingly.


(b) Any applicant who is now under suspension, criminol case, disciplinary case (who was clear of these three events on last date of application), his or her result would also be not released and would be in deemed sealed cover and would be treated accordingly.


(c) In all cases where punishment (any) has been awarded (criminal or departmentol) after lost date of application. they will not be included in the select list.
