DARPAN (RICT) Project Management Web Portal URL (Utility portal) is changed
from http://utilities.cept.gov.in/rict/Login.aspx
to https://mis.cept.gov.in/rict/Login.aspx.
Credentials for the login are the same as for utility portal. In this regard it is requested all circles to share the information to all Regions and divisions to use the new URL https://mis.cept.gov.in/rict/Login.aspx. instead of old one.
