It is directed to refer to the subject cited above and say that some Circles have sought clarification regarding grant of exemption to appear in Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) for Visually Handicapped (VH) candidates.
In this connection, Competent Authority has decided that, henceforth, VH candidates exempted from appearing in DEST exam (GDS, Postman & Postal Assistant LDCE Exams).
