Post successful completion of negotiations for renewal of O & M contract with Infosys , IPPB has authorised Infosys to access the PLI (Postal Life Insurance) system.
Infosys has informed that agreement signed with IPPB. Now discussing for remote access to start the work.
Infosys has resumed McCamish support.
Pending issues are being taken care.
Grateful to the leadership of Postal Secretary Sir, DG Sir, senior officers in Dte and PLI Dte in getting the issue resolved.
Also grateful to the Circles for withstanding the difficulties in last 17 days.
CIS (Core Insurance Solution) Insurance software Update:
The issues in the Insurance software has been identified and corrected. The pending issues are now being addressed.
The service requests in pending workflow as on 1st Sep will be moved ahead to various stages and will be available for the CPCs to attend. This is expected to be finished tomorrow. This will clear all the pendency upto 1st September 2022.
(The expected number of service requests targetted would be around 7.2 lakhs.. )
All the reports is also expected to be back by tomorrow morning.
