S Radhakrishna, General Secretary CCCGPA( Coordination Committee of Central Government Pensioners Associations, KARNATAKA) has told that CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) WC(Wellness Centre) Mysuru will be inaugurated on 7.9.2022 and becomes functional from that date.
The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW), New Delhi has approved the CGHS wellness centre to Mysuru.
It will be the second after Bengaluru that already has a facility. It will be having a doctor and supporting staff, with free treatment and medicine facility to all central government employees and their family members.
Central Government Employees Welfare Co-ordination Committee (CGEWCC), Mysuru is the recognised committee by the Central Government of India.
According to A R Keerthi, Secretary, CGEWCC “CGEWCC, is constituted to take care of welfare measures of all Central Government Employees and their family members.”
As a part of the welfare of all Central Government Employees, CGEWCC, Mysuru had made a lot of efforts to get the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) facility to Mysuru by providing timely all documents and related information to CGHS directorate through CGHS Bengaluru since last 10 years.
CGEWCC, Mysuru has expressed heartfelt thanks to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi for approving the CGHS wellness centre to Mysuru.
