I am directed to say that keeping in view the mandate of Government of India. the Department has decided to fill up all the vacant posts up to December 2023 on a mission mode of all the Circles, various post examination activities have been discussed.
2. The Competent Authority has ordered to complete all the recruitment process in a time bound manner in respect of the Departmental Examinations as detailed below:

3. Since most of the vacancies are in the cadre of MTS, Postman, Mail Guard, Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant, Circles are, therefore, requested to strictly follow the above timelines for completing the recruitment process without fail.
4 A step by step progressive report regardingthe activities may be furnished to DE section on regular basis on 01st and 15th of every month.
