Subject: Procedure(SOP) for Sale of National Flags under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign through Post Office Counter- regarding.

This is in continuation to this office letter of even number dated 29th July, 2022 and 01st August, 2022 on the above mentioned subject.
2 In addition to Cash, mode of collection of charges for sale of National Flag through QR code option has been activated in the CSI-Point of Sale.
3: The procedure for collection of charges on account of sale of National Flags QR Code at Post Office Counter is attached herewith for information and necessary action.

Procedure for Sale of National Flags under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Campaign through Digital Payment at Post Office Counter
i. In addition to Cash, mode of collection of charges for sale of National Flag through QR code option has been activated in the CSI-Point of Sale.
ii. Post Offices has to Sync the Master Data and option for collection of amount through QR code for sale of flag will be available under Miscellaneous Services
iii. |The following steps are to be followed to collect the charges on account of sale of National Flag through QR Code:

Select Other services
Select Service drop down
Select Indian National Flag
iv. Counter PA will select ‘Indian National Flag’ and enter necessary detail viz. Amount, Name of Customer, No. of flags in Description
(v) Counter PA will select Payment, select UPI QR option for collection of payment and click on ‘initiate transaction’.
(vi) Counter PA will thereafter ask the customer to scan the QR Code pasted on the counter affect the payment.
(vii) After scanning the QR code, customer transaction details will reach the Payment Gateway Server. Upon confirmation of successful transaction from customer, the Counter PA will click on ‘Validate Transaction’. The status of successful transaction will reflect on the top of PoS screen. Counter PA will click on 'Validate Transaction’
(viii) Counter PA will click on SUBMIT command button to print the receipt, click on Enter and handover one copy of receipt along with Flag/s to the Customer.
(ix) The accounting procedure for sale of National Flag through Post Offices issued vide Mails Busniess Division letter 30-06/2022- D dated 01.08.2022 will also applicable for collection of charges for sale of National Flag through QR Code as only the mode of payment from Cash to QR code will change.
