Circles are already empowered to review the Bandwidth requirement and upgrade the bandwidth as per the provisions in NIOP Version 2. In respect to NSP-1 TNF locations, Circles have also been directed to examine/get the alternate connectivity. Further, NSP-2 has also been provided/upgraded through RF and 4G devices at Class D & E locations.
I am therefore directed to request that remedial action may kindly be taken at Circle level to resolve network connectivity issues.
