Sub: Provision of Digital Payment Solution at PoS Counters-reg.


This is with reference to the provision available at PoS Counters to make the Digital payment through UPI.


2. In this regard various references have been received from the Circle where transactions have been successfully completed by Customers but payment confirmation is not received to Department.


3. All such transactions where the customer account has been debited but confirmation has not been received to Department, needs to be settled by the Payment Gateway i.e. M/s PayU.


3. M/s PayU has requested to share the detail of all such failed transactions on below given email ids along with transaction id, amount debited and date of transaction for further necessary action:

4. It is requested that all the field offices may be instructed to send the details of failed transactions on aforesaid email ids for further necessary action at M/s PayU end.
