Launch of CELC contest for FY 22-23 “CELC- Kamyabi Ki UDAAN”.
In FY 2021-22, the Bank achieved the budgeted revenue targets and one of the biggest contributor to the success story was performance on CELC services.
The Bank has achieved a milestone of more than 3 Cr CELC transactions yielding an astounding revenue of approx. 130 Crs. from the CELC alone.
The Major success and ramp-up was brought up by the marquee contest on CELC “CELC Ke Sitare”, launched in Feb-22 for 2 months’ duration (Feb 22-Mar- 22). Before the contest, CELC Txns, Active EUs and daily run rate was dipping MOM. To arrest the dip and activate old and new EUs, the contest was launched. The contest provided the required thrust and impetus to field for improving the performance.
Launch of a new CELC Contest
To ride-on and harness the ongoing momentum generated by the contest in next financial year as well, we propose to launch a new CELC contest PAN India for H1 of FY 22-23.
Details of proposed contest are given below:
Name of the Contest: “CELC- Kamyabi Ki UDAAN”
Duration: 6 Months (April 22- Sept 22)
Objective: Baseline while forming the foundation for this new contest
o Increasing the Gross to Net margins
o Bigger Rewards for more participation of EUs
o Higher engagement and productivity of EUs
o To achieve 5 Cr CELC transactions in 6 months with an active EU base of 40K
o To motivate the EUs to perform better and earn rewards and additional incentives
o To achieve the government mandate for better Aadhar Updation and Child Enrolment for Aadhar
Rewards: Rewards will be given at 6 levels of performance by EU as detailed below:

10k-14,999 - Scooty
