Subject: Implementation of modifications in Transfer guidelines dated 17.01.2019.
Please refer to presentation made during VC held on 26.04.2022 by Centre for excellence in Postal Technology (CEPT) on application being developed for managing Transfer under Rule - 38.
2. For smooth deployment of software being developed by CEPT and to bring it in use in a time bound manner, it is necessary that existing request for transfer under Rule - 38 pending with Circles are fed into this system.
3. Therefore, all Circles are requested to feed requisite data as available in transfer application of the official in template (MS-Excel sheet) sent with eMail and keep it ready for migration.
4. Soft copy of data fed by the Circle in the template alongwith priority list (lntra-Circle as well as Inter-Circle) shouid be completed latest by 15th May, 2022 and a copy be shared with Directorate.
