IPPB Deputation Policy. 

This policy aims to establish a proper mechanism for selection, posting and service conditions of Officers/Employees from Central/State Government, UTs administration, Public Sector Banks, Public Sector Enterprises, Autonomous Bodies, Central/State PSUs proceeding on Deputation/Foreign Service to IPPB.

The objective of the Deputation Policy is to provide opportunities to Government Officials from various organizations to join India Post Payments Bank for a fixed tenure as mutually agreed to contribute to the effective functioning of the J3ank encompassing the National boundaries.

Primary objectives include but are not limited to:


• Providing opportunities for knowledge sharing;

• Capacity building for the Bank;

• Enhancing skills and experience for self and peers;

• Encouraging innovation and most importantly ensuring diversity in the Bank.

Support from the Central/State Government, Public Sector l3anks, Public Sector Enterprises, Autonomous Bodies, Central/State PSUs shall be sought for the Deputation of Officials in the areas where IPPB lacks expertise, or whore currently available expertise needs to be supplemented, or is not readily available.
