DCube App implementation in Pilot Phase in Karnataka.

URL for Accessing DOP Dcube Portal is : https://dopdbtdelivery.in/

Data pertaining to CBS Finacle relevant for implementation of DCube needs to be extracted. Circle office will pursue the same with CEPT Chennai and obtain the same.

Freezing of withdrawals (Debits) from other channels except D-Cube for identified accounts: The downside of allowing withdrawals from other modes such as ATM, IPPB, counter withdrawals etc., was discussed and it has been decided to block all electronic modes of withdrawal for accounts identified for operation through DCube app. Necessary instructions will be issued after approval of CPMG.

Non allowance of cash credits to identified accounts:

Owing to the fact that the balance carry over between Finacle and DCube server is not on a daily basis, in order to ensure hassle-free balance carry over in DCube server it has been decided to restrict deposits to these identified POSB accounts through the counters. Only NACH & ABP credits routed through NPCI will be credited to these accounts.

Necessary instructions will be issued after approval of CPMG.

MDM issue blocking the usage of PPB mobile phones for Dcube was discussed. Circle office will coordinate with AGM IPPB to implement the orders of CPMG for a test run in one device.

Aadhar number updation and need for Aadhar seeding was discussed.

DCube has a provision to link an Aadhar number for those accounts having no linkage. The same will be useful in current scenario of NACH credits.

However, the ABP credits would necessitate Aadhar seeding. Hence, a central solution to be sought from CEPT / Directorate for ensuring seeding of the Aadhar numbers collected through DCube app.

As per previous discussions on Dcube, the limit per transaction in DCube was set to Rs.5,000/-. However, in the light of increased the BO limits, it is proposed to increase the DCube withdrawal limit to Rs.20,000/-.

Necessary instructions will be issued after approval of CPMG.

The requirement of mobile phones to counters for carrying out DCube transaction has to be taken up with Directorate

Transaction hours in pilot phase is agreed to be restricted up to 1600Hrs only with a view to analyze the implications of the accounting and other aspects of DCube app.Necessary instructions will be issued after approval of CPMG.
