Madam/Sir,
I am directed to enclose a copy of IPPB letter No, IPPB/CSMO/ 2021-22/101 dated 31.03.22 on the subject mentioned above and to state that IPPB has proposed to use the Business Correspondent (BC) model as extended arms of the branches and to create more engagement opportunities with the consumers and hence IPPB Is willing to expand In market footprint by deploying PLI direct agents in your Circle. It will also help to tap the untapped business by inculcating savings habit and hassle free services through the direct agents associated with DOP while It may also support and supplement the income of these potential BC agents.
2. Inview of above facts, PL direct agents data willbe useful to onboard the potential agent basis so that they may be contacted by their branch Staff to explore the options.
