2. The following information/guidelines are brought to your kind notice for smooth functioning of Indent process.
a) While creating purchase order storage location of user units (Sub Office) must be ensured in ME21N. If not entered storage location, indents will dispatch to HO (as per plant id).
b) Hard copy of Purchase order is not required either by post or by email at this unit.
c) This office will process the Indent Request by fetching data in ME2W menu.
d) This unit will process indent normally at the earliest, if Indent is not received at your end within 10 days from the date of purchase order contact the Help Desk No. 0836-2362758.
e) Plan indent well in advance at least 30 days before and ensure maintenance of buffer stock
f) in case any problem/issue in purchase order like authorization/release the same may be modified in ME22N t —code.
g)user unit can also be checked in MB51 menu whether indent processed or not by entering PSD Hubballi plant id K0P2 and purchase order 4500---
