Madam/Sir, I am directed to refer to this Division's letter of even number dated 02.02.2022 on the subject mentioned above and to state that to ease the business opportunities to enable higher numbers while enabling more people to qualify and earn R&R, clarifications and modifications on the basis of feedback received from field teams are as below: -
2. Modifications
(i) The achievements of all Active EUs (in Level 2 campaign- CELC Ke Sitare) will be considered from 1st February 2022 for Gifts (Slabs).
(ii) The achievements of all hierarchy levels except new EUs (activated in Level 1 campaign- CELC Ke Ubharte Sitare) will also be considered from 1st February 2022 for Gifts (Slabs).
(iii) Last 3(Three) months inactive EUs- who have done more than 100 CELC transactions till Oct-2021 but haven't done any CELC transaction in last three months- are also included in 'Level 1 campaign- CELC Ke Ubharte Sitare, (Rewards 3K for biometric). This modification is done to benefit those EUs who do not have their own Mantra device and were activated on some other EUs Mantra device. Now these EUs can also win Rs. 3000/- for biometric by doing 100 Transaction from 1st to 28th February, 2022. (please note that achievements for these newly activated EUs for gift contest (slab) will be considered from 16th March 2022 as these EUs are already being rewarded with (3K+1K) incentive for transaction done in level 1 campaign (CELC Ke Ubharte Sitare).
3. Clarifications
(i) Reward/Gift Slabs Slabs 50-199 200-499 500-999 1000-2999 3000-4999 5000; Gifts Battery Bank Iron/ Induction Phone/ Washing Smart phone Scooty, Bluetooth, Toaster, cook top Machine, Laptop, ear phones and refrigerators
(ii) No restriction of number of winners in any EU Gift slab.
(iii) EU slabs achievements is not linked to Hierarchy level target achievements (i) an EU does 5K Transactions. He/She will gel his/her Gift irrespective of Branch, Circle achieving the targets).
(iv) All hierarchy (Division, Branch, Region & Circle) levels need to achieve their '100% assigned targets for R&R.
(v) ln CELC Ke Ubharte Sitare minimum 7 transactions per day is for illustration, EU need to do cumulative 100 during 1st February 2022 to 28th February 2022.
