Clarification on GDS Paid Leaves.
GDS May be granted paid leave at the rate of 10 days for every half year, but there shall be no provision of carry forward or encashment of this leave
In view of the above, it is clear that there is no provision to avail unutilized paid leave of the First half during the second half of the year.
